Generally speaking the sector 70 is one of the earliest sectors developed in the Greater Faridabad area and is close to the IMT and farthest from the Delhi Faridabad Border. The sector also has a very good connectivity to the Delhi Metro with a station at Ballabgarh and at Good Year both of them being less than 10 minutes away.
