The National Capital Region is a planning area surrounding the Capital of India Delhi. It includes Delhi and other connecting satellite cities of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Price of the flats in Auric S3 Green Avenue has been fixed at 13.15 lacs and 26.33 lacs in the original booking and a subsidy is also available in the project under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme.
