The Project
Amongst the various high rise residential projects being constructed in Faridabad a majority of the projects are being constructed under the aegis of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana as affordable housing projects. There are a number of companies which have specialized themselves only in the construction of such projects like the Adore Group or the Adore Realtech Pvt Ltd. This company has already completed two of these high rise projects with almost 1600 flats in Faridabad in the past few years and 4 projects are still under construction and work is going on at a very fast pace. One of these projects is the Adore Samriddhi Project in sector 89 Faridabad. This project by the Adore Group is being built on 6.3 acres of land and is going to have 720 flats in different configurations of 1 BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK accommodations. These affordable residential flats in Faridabad are having carpet sizes of 318 sq.ft, 570 sq.ft and 645 sq.ft as per the norms set by the Central Government. The project is walled and gated and has 12 towers. It is under construction and is expected to be ready by the end of the next year.
The Location
Location of any residential project is very important as it has to have certain mandatory features or facilities for making the real life of the living community comfortable. These features are the availability of two basic services of quality education and of high quality healthcare and the availability of basic transport facilities. In Sector 89 the Delhi Metro provides that with a station at Old Faridabad and the connectivity to the Capital Delhi is good with the whole city having extra wide and spacious roads.
Availability of Basic Comforts
The two basic comforts which any community must have in easy reach and without which the residents would not be very comfortable are the availability of education and that of quality health care in the immediate vicinity. Sector 89 has an ample supply of both with at least 16 of the best schools in the area within a radius of around 4 kms from the project site. These schools are spread out evenly and can be easily reached in five to 7 minutes. For the best quality health care too there are various options but none so good as the Amrita Hospital in sector 88 just about five to 7 minutes away. There is also the Accord Hospital in sector 86 which is also easily reachable in five minutes.
