Faridabad has become a city with a large number of high rise residential projects. The project also has a good number of schools in the surrounding sectors which provide for excellent education for the kids of the residents like Shiv Nadar School and Delhi Public School.
The amenities in Auric City sector 82 include the security at the main entrance to the compound along with the paved roads and street lights inside the walls. Rainwater harvesting has been implemented and firefighting equipment in the towers has been installed. Parking is in the open with some covered parking available for two wheelers. A central garden has been laid out with kids play area. Water supply is round the clock and there is power back up in general areas and for lifts. There are also a number of shops attached to the project to cater to their daily needs.
The cost of the flats in Auric city is presently in the range of 16 lacs to 30 lacs depending on the size of the flat and its configuration. Bank loan can be availed as well as a subsidy of 2.67 lacs under the PMAY scheme.
