Faridabad is headed to become the next major metropolitan city in the National Capital Region in the coming ten years. The development of the city started almost ten years ago but has now picked up pace in the last seven years since the Master Plan for 2031 was announced and by the Haryana Government.  It acquired almost 50000 acres of extra land in the Greater Faridabad area and announced an additional 30 residential sectors. New Projects were announced by the builders as they purchased the land for their use from the Government.  


Amongst the large companies which have constructed and completed a number of projects in Faridabad is the Ansals Group.  This group is well known for also having developed a number of high profile projects in the capital and in Gurgaon. IN Faridabad the Ansals Group is developing a project in sector 70 of high rise residential flats in Faridabad in the configurations of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK accommodation. The project known as Ansals Royal Heritage is being developed in sector 70 on 20 acres of land.  There are 16 towers to house the 1200 + flats in Faridabad and the super areas of these flats start at 1045 sq.ft and go up to 1845 sq.ft. for the largest flats. The total coverage of the 20 acres by these towers is 30 % of the project area and it leaves at least 70 percent of the land free for other use and beautification.


The greater Faridabad is a city which is being developed along the lines of Chandigarh and has been designed by the Haryana Government with wide spacious roads between 30 to 75 meters.  This allows for the great connectivity in the area with much faster transportation factor. The Delhi Metro also is very close to the sector and can be reached in 5 minutes from the sector. There is a station at Good Year and one at Ballabgarh both of which are just almost equidistant from the project site. The location also has all the other important factors to make it very prime and convenient. There are some very good hospitals in a range of 2 to 5 kms from the project providing excellent healthcare and equally good schools also in the same range to provide some of the best education to the residents of Ansals Royal Heritage. In the future the sector will also be better connected to the Delhi Metro when the branch line from sector 28 is completed and made operational to cover the entire Greater Faridabad.


Amenities in each high rise walled and gated projects are provided by the developers to offer residents all the facilities of living safely in such a large community. This includes then the security at the gate of the compound followed by the paved roads; street lighting; 24 hour water supply; garbage collection on daily basis; rainwater harvesting system and parking facilities for the flat owners and residents. They are also to provide a beautiful landscaped garden, a club house and a swimming pool with power back up for the entire project.


Price of the flats in Ansals Royal Heritage is presently in the range of 35 lacs and 65 lacs depending on the flat configuration. The Project is still under construction and expected to be delivered in 2023.
