Faridabad has been developing as a city at a fast pace during the past 10 years and is now considered to be the 3rd fastest growing city in the country at present.  This development has been planned as it has been included in the 100 proposed smart cities project of the Indian Government.  This development envisages the doubling of the population of the city in the coming ten years and this will require a lot of new residential accommodation to be developed by the end of the next decade.

Price of the flats in Auric S3 Green Avenue is in the range of 13.15 lacs and 26.33 lacs depending on the configuration of the flat and a subsidy is also being provided by the central government to the tune of 2.67 lacs.
