In the year 2016 the Faridabad Administration published its master plan of Faridabad for2031. This  plan was created by  the administration to  see that the development of Faridabad  was carried out in a well thought out and planned manner and that the infrastructure was accordingly developed with the goal of  being  able to meet the needs of the growing city ten years hence.  The roads provided in the Master Plan were very wide and spacious and the sectors were also planned meticulously. Then there was stress laid on the construction and development of high density projects to provide maximum housing on the available land mass in Faridabad’s newly added sectors.  These projects also included a high number of high rise residential projects of Flats in Faridabad. 


A very large project of residential flats in Faridabad was sanctioned in sector 88. These 2300 flats in RPS Savana were to be spread out over 27 high rise towers and were to be constructed in configurations of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4 BHK residential units.  The project was started and finished in scheduled time. The super area of these flats was to be between   1260 and 2460 sq.ft and are very spacious and well ventilated with super views of the surrounding countryside. 


Sector 88 is a location which provides the residents with all the best of the features for a good housing settlement with best and spacious wide roads, fantastic schools, modern quality hospitals and with a world class public Transport system in easy reach.  The Faridabad administration with its master plan has made all of this very easily possible as they have planned the development meticulously. The Roads in greater Faridabad are wide and spacious (All main roads are 30 meter and above up to 75 meters). There are some of the best schools spread out in the various sectors of the entire region. The names of these schools are well known and respected all over India like the Delhi Public School and the Modern School.  The Delhi Metro with its violet line coming into Faridabad and going up to Palwal provides the world class public transport system and there is the Amrita hospital in same sector just five minutes away for taking care of the health care facilities for residents. 


Finally coming to the facilities and amenities available in this prime BPTP project we find almost every necessary one has been provided for. There is security available the gate round the clock. The roads inside the complex are paved; street lights have been provided; the flats are well supplied with water 24 hours a day; there is ample parking for vehicles of the residents and guests; a garden has been provided with tracks and kids play section; there is a clubhouse with indoor games and a swimming pool and power backup for lifts and flats.
