Importance of The Project :-


Buying and owning a personal home or building a home has become much easier in the past two decades ever since the Governments push to provide low cost housing to the lower and middle income citizens in the urban areas. The Central Government has devoted itself mostly to the built up residential units where as the various state governments have taken over the task of providing plotted projects and assistance in purchasing plots for building own homes.  The Haryana Government has introduced their scheme of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana to provide  residential plots in Faridabad and other low density areas of the state at affordable prices and supported by a subsidy. One of these projects is the Amolik Residency project in sector 86 which is a dual format project having both affordable plots in Faridabad sector 82 as well as independent floors constructed on some of these projects.  These types of projects are important because they provide cheap accommodation for the middle classes of society. 


Amolik Residency the Project :-


The Amolik Residency is one of the plotted projects by the Amolik Group  offering different sizes of plots in Faridabad sector 86. These affordable plots in sector 86 Faridabad are available in different sizes ranging from 120 sq. Yards to 170 sq. yards. There are a total number of 300 + plots available for immediate purchase and occupation. The infrastructural development is already taking place at a feverish pace. Number of plots have been sold out and people have started to build on them already. These plots are all passed for construction plans of stilt plus 4 floors. This makes these plots suitable for the construction of four complete and different dwelling units. This project is under the cover of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana.

Besides that the project also is well connected to the Delhi Metro service which in turn gives it the best connectivity to the Capital of India. The nearest Metro station is at the Neelam Ajronda station of the Delhi Metro and it is just a 5 minute drive from Amolik Residency to the station. For medical aid there is the Accord Hospital in the same sector just two minutes away and for schooling of kids there are at least 16 of the best schools in the country at a distance of just less than five minutes away.

The amenities provided include the following : The project has been planned as a walled project with one main Gate. There will be manned security at the gate at all times. They will also provide the paved streets and street lighting throughout the compound. Water supply has been guaranteed for 24 hours a day. A commercial section has been provided. This will take the shape of a market with shops to cater to the daily needs of the residents of the community. Parking will be under the stilted construction or in front of the individual units. There is going to be a landscaped garden in the centre of the project for leisure activities. Garbage collection facility will be provided. 


Price of the plots in Amolik Residency is in the range of 70 to 75000 per square yard and there is a subsidy of 2.37 available under the DDJAY scheme.
