Faridabad is now going to be the preferred residential city for a large number of new residents in the National Capital Region. As per the predictions and surveys in the area the city is going to be home to at least 2 million new residents in the coming decade. The Government of the state has therefore already taken action in this regard and a master plan for the development has already been formed and announced few years back. Under that plan 50000 acres of additional land has been acquired for the growth of the city and 30 new sectors have recently been added. For connecting to the nearest Metro station it takes just 5 to 7 minutes and the two metro stations which are close by are the Good Year ( Surdas Park) and Raja Nahar Singh ( Ballabgarh) Metro station. The project has schools like the Faridabad Convent School and Kalka Public School very close by and there is a superb hospital like the Sarvodaya Hospital in sector 8 which is just about 5 to 10 minutes away from the site of the Aagman 2.
The price of the flats in Aagman 2 is in the range of 19 lacs to 27 lacs and there is a subsidy available of 2.6 7 lacs available under the PMAY scheme.
