Importance of the project :-

Godrej Retreat is a residential project in sector 83 of the Greater Faridabad belt which is being developed and presented by the Godrej Properties group which is developing projects not only in Faridabad but all over India in its various cities. The project is a project which is developing and presenting 750 residential plots in Faridabad in this centrally located sector of Greater Faridabad. This project is being developed as a jungle resort by the builders who are known for their innovative ideas in real estate development. This is a project which is being developed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana which is a incentive scheme being promoted by the Haryana Government as a parallel scheme to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The projects development is being done in two phases of 375 plots each and the whole project is being developed over 44 acres of land.

The project compound is being developed as a jungle resort and 1500 trees have been planted for this purpose.
The project will have five different gardens in the compound. The gardens have been named after the particular type of trees and flowers planted in them like Vibe, Aroma, Orchard, Symphony and Vista.
A two and half km long shaded tree path has also been planned. This walk will have trees on both sides of the path and these trees are going to be with heavy foliage.
Location of Godrej Retreat :-
The Project is located in an area which can be considered to be almost at the heart of Faridabad. This sector is about 12 kms from the Delhi Badarpur border and is barely a 15 minute drive from it. Well connected to the Metro services the nearest metro station is at the Neelam Ajronda Metro station which is just 5 minutes away. For provision of medical aid there is The Amrita Hospital just ten minutes away in sector 88. It is one of the best hospitals in the country and is the largest and most modern hospital. The facilities of education are handled by some excellent schools in a range of 3 kms. The nearest schools are the Aravali International and the St. Joseph Convent School but there are many more of all standards like the Delhi Public School and the Modern School.

Being a gated project there is going to be complete security offered both manned at the gate and also through CCTV coverage in the entire complex. The price of the plots in the project is presently in the range of 70000 to 75000 per square yard and the prices have been going up steadily.
