Faridabad is one amongst the 100 cities of India whichh have been  picked up to be developed into a modern Smart city. The cities for this project were selected as per the infrastructural and other criterion which was already prevailing in the city and then to develop it further to make it into a modern and efficient smart city. The resultant development process is visible in the construction taking place in the city since the last few years. The modern part being developed is having much better connectivity than the older part of the city and the roads are much wider and allow for easier accessibility.

Amongst the projects offering plots in Faridabad in various sizes is a nice one by the TDI Infracorp Ltd in sector 89. Prices of the plots in the TDI the Retreat are in the range of 50000 to 70000 per sq yard depending on the size and location of the plot in the compound.
