After the Master Plan of Faridabad 2031 was put into implementation five years ago in the city the construction and development work in the city picked up pace. The city started expanding with the addition of 50000 extra acres of land and the announcement of all types of new residential projects in the newly added sectors. There are a number of good real estate developers in the city who are busy in the development of different types of projects to house the 2 million extra people at the end of the current decade in 2031. The BPTP group is one of the major real estate developers in the region and has already developed and provided millions of square feet of residential space in the city. They have a project called District plot which is spread out over various sectors including sectors 81 and district Plots in sector 84 Faridabad.
Details of the Project :
District Plots is a project by this major real estate player in Faridabad which is being introduced in two phases and in two of the best sectors of the Greater Faridabad area namely sectors 81 and 84. This project includes only residential plots in different sizes starting from 100 sq yards to 180 sq yards. These plots are being introduced in two different sectors and sold under the Government of Haryana’s scheme of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana under the category of affordable housing. The BPTP has introduced 200 + plots in phase 2 in sector 84. In phase 2 District plots Faridabad the BPTP has introduced 234 plots in sector 84. The district plots in sector 81 Faridabad were introduced earlier in the first phase. All plots are passed for the construction of stilt + 4 floors.
Amenities in the Project :
The BPTP group has provided the necessary amenities in keeping with the norms now present in Greater Faridabad projects. Security will be provided at the gate as well as within the compound by CCTV cameras installed at various places. Rainwater harvesting will be available as will paved roads and street lights. They guarantee the provision of 24 hours of water supply to the residents and will have some gardens at different spots. These will also include play sections for the kids and a commercial section with shops. Garbage collection facilities are to be included and parking facilities will e available in front of the units or under stilts if the owners construct structures on stilts. Piped gas connections are also likely to be provided at later stages.
Location of the Project :
Sector 84 the location of BPTP District Plots is well supplied with good and wide roads and is well connected to the highways connecting it to Noida and Delhi. The Bypass road also a national highway is connecting sector 84 to the Delhi border in less than 15 minutes and for public transport facilities there is the Delhi Metro with a station just 7 minutes drive from the site. The metro connects everything in Faridabad to the airports in Delhi and to its main railway stations as well as its main commercial centers. The project has a hospital like the Accord Multispecialty in sector 86 which is just a short two minute drive away and there are schools like the Delhi Public School, the Shiv Nadar School, the Modern School etc in easy reach of the project. These schools are more than enough to provide class education to the kids of the residents of this project.
Price of the Plots in the District Plots Project :
The price of the plots in BPTP District Plots sector 84 is in the range of 85000 to 90000 per square yard and there is the possibility of getting loans on the purchase of these plots.
