The location of La Dimora is in a sector which is lush green and free from pollution. The sector 97 is about 15 kms from the border between Delhi and Faridabad and it takes about 20 minutes to drive to the site from the border.  La Dimora is also well connected to the Delhi Metro service’s Violet Line. The nearest station is at Badhkal More and that too is just a 10 minute drive from the site.  For availing medical facilities there is the Amrita Hospital in sector 88 which is just 5 minutes away and is probably the best and biggest hospital in  Northern India.  AS regards schooling of the kids there are at least 16 good schools in a range of 5 kms from La Dimora. These schools are well known schools like the Delhi Public School, the Modern school and the Aravali International School.


The price of the plots in La Dimora is presently in the range of 42000 to 45000 per square yard. The prices of the plotted projects all over Faridabad are rising. There is a subsidy scheme under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana also in the project.
