The project is being built on a total project area of 6 acres and has 9 high rise towers inside a walled and gated complex. The carpet area of the flats is a very nominal 645 sq.Ft. Along with a balcony of 100 sq. ft. The flats are Vaastu compliant and are of contemporary design.

 

Amenities in the Project :-


The amenities in Shree Sarvome are in tune with the amenities which generally come with the affordable homes. The developer has made it a walled project and will be providing round the clock tight security at the main entrance 24/7.  The towers are earthquake and fire proof. There are paved roads and ample street lights in the complex. A garden has been laid out at the centre with landscaping and a kid’s play section has been set aside. There is a commercial section also in the compound with shops for catering to the daily needs. Open air parking is available to the residents. Location of the Project :-


The project is located about 5 to 6 kms from the Faridabad Badarpur Border which makes it the nearest residential project to the Capital in this belt. It takes just 5 to 7 minutes to reach the project after crossing the Badarpur Border. Besides this the connection to the Delhi Metro is also extraordinarily convenient. The nearest metro station at Mewla Maharajpur on the Violet line is just a five-minute walk from the project site. Coming now to the availability of medical aid and the schools there are at least 5 to six good schools available in a radius of 4 kms from Shree Sarvome. Besides this there is a very large and ultra modern Hospital like the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences in sector 21  which is just about five minutes away to provide medical aid for the residents of not only that are but also other nearby sectors including sector 45.
