The development of Faridabad has seen at least 28 large scale builders become active in the construction and development of residential and commercial projects in Greater Faridabad.  Besides these large builders there are hundreds of smaller ones also involved in the construction of luxury builder floors in various sectors of the city.  Amongst the larger builders is the Agarasain Spaces LLP a local builder who has already delivered one multi storey housing project with the brand name Aagman in sector 70 of Greater Faridabad and now are developing another one with the same name of Aagman 2 in phase 2 of the project. 


Aagman 2 is an extension of the previous project with 736 flats in Faridabad sector 70 in the configuration of 2BHK and 3BHK residential units. This project of affordable flats in Faridabad is being constructed under the terms and conditions of the Central Government of India scheme the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. These 736 2 & 3 BHK flats are being constructed on a plot area of 5.35 acres of land with a total number of 6 high rise towers.  The carpet area of the flats starts at 540 sq.ft and goes up to 645 sq.ft. The flats have been designed in most modern style and have multiple balconies attached making them airy and cool for the summers.


Sector 70, the location of Aagman 2 is in a sector which was developed in the early part of the 21st century and is located near the Industrial Model Township of Faridabad. It is well provided with wide open roads providing it excellent connectivity to all parts of Faridabad and to the Delhi Faridabad border in less than 20 minutes. There are 2 metro stations less than 3 kms away at Good Year and Ballabgarh. The sector has at least 2 good hospitals nearby and 7 school like the Faridabad Convent School and the NTPC Sachdeva International School to provide medical and educational facilities for the residents of the sector very close by. 


Just like other high rise walled and gated high rise projects Aagman 2 is being provided with all the amenities for comfortable living inside the walled complex. Security is to be  available at the gate of the complex 24 hours a day. The promoters will provide paved roads and street lighting along with other facilities like rainwater harvesting, firefighting equipment in the flats and towers and regular round the clock water supply to the apartments. They will also provide a landscaped garden with tracks and also with a dedicated kid’s play area. Open air reserved parking will also be made available and so will power back up for the lifts and common areas. A shopping area has also been set aside for supplying the daily needs of the residents.


The prices at present effective in Aagman 2 are in the range of 18 lacs to 26.33 lacs per flat depending on the flat which is available and the size of the flat in general. The Government is also providing a subsidy under the scheme of 2.67  lacs subject to certain terms and conditions.
