The city of Faridabad is one of the oldest satellite cities of the Capital New Delhi. It was a small industrial town in the early sixties and its development was the result of the Nanda family picking the city for the starting phase of their industrial Expansion with the Escorts Plant One the first of the many industrial units they set up in the city. Amongst the builders and real estate developers to become active in the city was the Haryana Urban Development Authority a government of Haryana enterprise. They were the first to start plotting in the city for residential plots in the different sectors from sector 1 to sector 31.

HUDA or the Haryana Urban Development Authority is still involved in the plotted development of the city although most of the development in the newly developing part of the city across the Agra Canal now known as Greater Faridabad is being undertaken by private players. The Government organization is offering HUDA plots in Faridabad in different sizes ranging from 100 sq. yards to 500 sq. yards. These plots are available in sector 77 and sector 78 of Greater Faridabad. All these plots are also allowed as per the latest construction laws for the structures of stilt + 4 Floors and individual registration of the floors will be allowed.

Huda plots are also supported with some amenities according to the prevalent practices in Faridabad. These include CCTV Coverage security in the sector in which these are being sold.  They will be provided with garbage collection facilities as well as 24 hour water supply for their individual floors. They are also going to provide number of parks in the area to cater to the relaxation of the residents. The parks will have kids play section. Parking facilities are available in front of the units of the plots. Rainwater Harvesting system and garbage collection facilities will be provided. A commercial section will be having shops to cater to the daily needs of the residents of that segment.

When we look at the location of the residential plots in Faridabad sector 77 and sector 78 by HUDA both are well connected to the city’s infrastructure. The Delhi Faridabad Badarpur border is just 20 minutes away and the sectors are not far from the main public transport in the city i.e. the Delhi Metro Service.  The nearest Metro station is situated at Escorts Mujesar less than ten minutes away. This gives the sectors good connectivity to the markets in New Delhi and its airports and railway stations.

For the medical aid and educational facilities which are important for any residential project there is the Sarvodaya Hospital which is just 3 to 5 minutes away and as regards the schools in the area there are schools like the New Vidya Niketan Senior secondary school in the same sector and then schools like the Delhi Public school and Aravali International in sector 81.

Price of the Huda Plots in sector 77 and 78 are in the range from 60 lacs to 1.5 crores depending on the size of the plot in question.
